There is really great transport connection. It's 5 minutes to Leytonstone High Road station, and a short walk up the vibrant upbeat highroad to Leytonstone tube station, with quick access to central London. There are lots of excellent cafes and good restaurants. Also Wanstead park is a few minutes away, for those who like walking and running. Parking can be arranged for the cost of a permit.

It will best suit a professional woman or female student. In the house already are a female academic (myself) and my son. It's a sociable and friendly household. Looking forward to hearing from you!
