We have a beautiful, spacious room available in our lovely East London home and we’re looking for a wonderful new housemate to join us for a little while, from now until 15 December!

If you love a warm, cosy home, creative company, great conversation and having a fluffy little dog around, this might be the one for you! 🐩

🏡 THE HOUSE

We live in a gorgeous, bright and airy three-bedroom home, with lots of natural light, lovely interiors and a really warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The house has a spacious living room, separate dining room, open-plan kitchen and a lovely garden. There’s plenty of space to spread out, work, relax or enjoy a glass of wine together at the end of the day.

We also have a weekly cleaner, so the house is always kept lovely!

🛏️ THE ROOM

The room itself is beautifully spacious, bright and fully furnished, with a super king-size bed (yes, SUPER king!), a super-comfy memory foam mattress, lots of storage and a little desk and chair if you fancy working from home.

It’s a really lovely space to make your own, with everything you need to feel at home straight away.

💕 THE HOUSEMATES

You’ll be sharing with two lovely creative girls, Phoebe (32) and Sarah (34), plus our very important third housemate, Noodle! 🐩

Phoebe is the founder of an amazing fashion-tech business and a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur, while Sarah runs a creative production studio working across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.

We’re both ambitious, creative, music-loving girls who genuinely love what we do, but equally love switching off, having friends over, going out for dinner, enjoying a glass of wine or having a cosy night in.

We’re both hybrid workers, so there’s a nice balance of working from home and being out and about.

We’ve lived with everyone from actresses and architects to engineers, and honestly, we just love being surrounded by interesting, kind and wonderful women!

We’re sociable and love spending time together, but equally appreciate our own space and independence. It’s very much a home where you can do your own thing but always have someone around for a chat, a laugh or a cup of tea. 🥹

And then there’s Noodle, our adorable little resident poodle, who is very much part of the family. So being a dog lover is definitely a bonus! 🐶

📍 THE LOCATION

One of our favourite things about living here is having the best of both worlds: all the fun and creativity of East London within easy reach, but a lovely, peaceful neighbourhood to come home to.

We’re just around 20 minutes from Shoreditch, with Hackney, Stratford and Walthamstow all easily accessible.

There’s a brilliant local community with cute independent cafés, delis, wine bars and some really lovely restaurants. Plus, if you’re into wellness, there’s hot yoga, reformer Pilates, saunas and gorgeous green spaces nearby.

We’re also close to the beautiful Epping Forest, which is perfect for long walks, morning runs or a little escape from the city.

🚇 Transport is brilliant too!

• Around 25 minutes to Oxford Circus
• Around 20 minutes to Shoreditch
