I am an academic with a lovely Victorian house in Leytonstone in East London. It is a seven minute walk from the tube station and then a direct route on a central line to Holborn. I live with my 13 year old son and our two friendly cats. We are a vegetarian household. So I am looking for someone who is child and cat friendly, happy to live in a vegetarian space and LGBTQ friendly. I am very busy with work and my son, but also pleasant and calm. I am seeking someone to rent my spare room who is also independent but nice to be around when we do cross paths! The room is a small bedroom (about 10 sq metres) in the loft with a small double bed, clothes rail, two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, a little desk/dressing table and a chair. You would have your own shower room. The house has a nice garden, good wifi and I like to think that it's stylish and comfortable. :) A cleaner comes fortnightly. The room is available from now and costs £650 per month, including all bills. My current lovely lodger has been very happy here but is moving in with her partner.
