I live in Leyton about a 7min walk to the station (central line). It’s just me here with my 2 babies 👇🏾

I’m very happy with pets, I have a dog, a 7yr old pug (Lilo) and a cat, an 8yr old Persian (Regina/gigi). They’re friendly, lilo loves people and Regina is getting to be quite stubborn in her old age, but she’s friendly too.

Cost is £1000 monthly and this includes bills. Everything is more or less split equally but I I do pay a bit more as it is my place at the end of the day. We would share the chores around the house and I would expect that we keep the house clean together.

I work in a bar right now and but I’m a recruiter by trade. I’m home late on some days and work shifts so my hours are a bit all over.

This is a home, so there are already things here that you can use, but please be respectful.

I would love to have a flatmate I could be friends with and get to do fun stuff with!
