Large garden and parking. Very peaceful and quiet location. None smokers only. Couples considered but a higher contribution to bills would be required.
I’m rarely home so most of the time you would have the house to yourself therefore covering your own heating and electricity costs would be required. Lovely large living room with wood burner. Would consider a reduction in rent in return for keeping the garden tidy.
