Located in Witham St Hughs (website does not recognize the area so I put South Hykeham) LN6 postcode
Room with double bed including mattress. You will also have sole access to the upstairs bathroom including electric shower, toilet and shelving.
Driveway parking available plus some garage space if needed.
Shared kitchen and living room. Outdoor washing line and heated indoor airer.
Inclusive of all bills. Super fast 500Mbps Wifi.
Located in a quiet close with practically no traffic. Half way on the A46 between Newark and Lincoln.
Available from November onwards as I'm self employed and my work goes quiet over the winter months. Not looking for super long term lodgers. My shifts are random so I'll be in and out the house.
