Presently, the property is fully let with three existing tenants leaving on 2 August 2024. The tenants leaving are 1 nurse and 2 junior doctors. They are leaving due to transferring to different hospitals.

If tenants exceed the monthly contribution they can contribute an additional sum which must be split equally between all tenants. NB: Please note, if not all rooms are let the amount will be reduced accordingly.

- Council Tax A is split equally and added to the monthly rent. The contribution added to the rent is £48.96 per month.

- Rooms are single occupancy. We cannot have couples, families or individuals under the age of 18.
