It’s a comfortable home located at the end of a quiet road in the charming village of Washingborough, just a few miles outside of the historic City of Lincoln. Excellent bus routes 1 minute from the door.

The Village boasts convenient stores (coop) chemist, doctors, dentist and plenty of good local Pubs & takeaways to enjoy.
Country walks if that’s your thing!

The house itself comprises of two large bedrooms and one single bedroom. There will only be me living here.
This house would suit the more mature person or someone who appreciates a less hectic household and a little peace and quiet.
