The house is currently fully let and occupied by four tenants in a house share. We do a fixed term tenancy to expire on 2 August 2025.
Presently, the property is fully let with three existing tenants leaving on 2 August 2024. The tenants leaving are 1 nurse and 2 junior doctors. They are leaving due to transferring to different hospitals.
The communal area and rooms will be cleaned to a good professional standard before the new tenants arrive.

The Rental Details

- The house is rented fully furnished.
- £200.00 per month is paid by the landlord toward gas and electricity. For year 23/24 this was sufficient. The contribution is made per month to a pre-paid 'top up' meter. If tenants exceed the monthly contribution they can contribute an additional sum which must be split equally between all tenants. NB: Please note, if not all rooms are let the amount will be reduced accordingly.
- EPC Rating D.
- Council Tax A is split equally and added to the monthly rent. The contribution added to the rent is £48.96 per month.
- Rooms are single occupancy. We cannot have couples, families or individuals under the age of 18.
- The deposit is 4 weeks rent. Your deposit will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and prove will be given to you within the prescribed time frame.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept students.
