Quaint single bedroom in 3rd floor, 2 bed 1 bath flat in central Linlithgow, very close to train station and great bus connections to Falkirk and Edinburgh. Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Beautiful bay window with seating as a bonus.

Lots of cooking done in the home. I would love someone who doesn't mind early mornings. I also use incense and candles very often for scent. I have a sewing machine that can cause a bit of noise. I also love to play music all times of the day in the background. Very eco conscious.

Bed and side table included in single bedroom, but you are free to bring in furniture. Washing machine, Wi-Fi and TV already in property. Dishes, cookware, and cutlery are free to use.

Bills are by default excluded from the £440. Students only.
