Your room is on the ground floor, with bathroom (shower/toilet) dedicated just for yourself.

I am a chill person, like to keep to myself, work from home in my office, so you won't see me in the living room often

Unless we have tons in common and become friends which would be nice !

Bills are included in the rent, happy to give you a breakdown. We do have a cleaner that comes twice a month so that's nice and easy!

You would be responsible for keeping your area tidy (own laundry/dishes) etc.
