Short term: week to 6 months only. Recently renovated flat, still a few bits of DIY to finish. A large room with king-size bed, table/desk with chair and comfy chairs. Own entrance to flat. Share kitchen and bathroom. For someone who wants their own space in quiet flat, no communal sharing. Must have a car or bike as only a few weekday buses to Blackness village. Private parking outside flat on street. Flat is in quiet village, (in Castle photo it's the row of houses at very top of photo) has views of Forth and fields.

I have a dog, she's quiet and fun. A cat would not work but a dog may. Not suitable for those working from home. No parties or loud music. I work from home as a Wellness Coach and in venues delivering workshops. I have a campervan and away now and then.

Walk from the flat to the beach, Blackness Castle, John Muir Way, walk along Forth to Bo’ness or to South Queensferry.
Short lets only, no registering for Council tax or electoral roll. Deposit required if staying more than 2 weeks. If staying less than a month it's £150 a week.
