I have the last largest double room available in my property close to the centre of Liphook. I am a live-out landlord although live only a couple of miles away myself so am always on hand if needed.

The current tenants are a really lovely bunch of people, all very friendly and welcoming. They generally keep themselves to themselves but are always up for a little chat in the kitchen.

The property is a 6 bedroom large house with a big garden, communal kitchen facilities, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers in the utility room, 3 toilets, 2 showers and 1 bath.

All bills are included in the monthly rent and the rooms are available now so ready for immediate move in if that’s what you need.

I don’t take an initial deposit (I know times are hard for a lot of people currently) although I obviously do require your first month to be paid upfront when you move in.
