I’m looking to rent out my spare room ideally to someone quiet who will treat the place well, keep it clean and tidy and no partying.
I've had a few lodgers before, male and female, but i prefer around my own age.
In Lisburn, just beside motorway to Belfast, just a few minutes walk to Lisburn town centre and train also.
You’ll have a bedroom with king size bed and 2 wardrobes for clothes storage, desk, access to bath and shower, living room and kitchen access plus use of the gardens.
Electric, gas and Wi-fi bills to be split equally (WiFi 15, electric about 20, gas varies time of year)
Parking in side street up the side of the house, away from main road
I'm looking for someone around my own age who I'll get along well with, and has no kids visiting.
