My current lodger is moving on a fter a year, so this room is free again. Looking for someone quiet who will treat the place well and keep it clean and tidy.

Based in Lisburn, just beside motorway to Belfast, just a few minutes walk to Lisburn town centre and bus and train stations also.

You’ll have a bedroom with king size bed and 2 wardrobes for clothes storage, desk, and access to bath and shower, living room and kitchen, plus use of the gardens.

Wifi is included but we split electric and gas.

Parking up the side of the house, away from main road.

Happy to hang out together or leave you in peace as you prefer. I have friends over for board games or films now and again.
