Hi there, I am the landlady and am looking to rent out a room in my home - it is lovely and spacious. You would have sole access to the main bathroom!!

The house is spacious and newly decorated. Please feel at home here. I am looking for short term or longer term tennant. The house is fab - near the beach, and near local facilities, shops, pubs, restaurants.

I am the landlady and will be living at property. I work at home some days and away from home some days also.

There is a cat!!! Called Coco. She is awesome and an annoying cat ;) really just left to her own devices!! You just need to not hate cats.
