I have a bright, large double bedroom for rent. It has a kingsize bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers

Looking to rent to someone professional, friendly, tidy and nice to live with. Not suitable for anyone who works from home or smokes.

I have 1 cat who loves people so you need to like cats.

The house has a dining room with sofa plus a small garden with a bar area, TV, dart board. There is a drive and on street parking.

It is a short walk to the village where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. You can walk to the beach and the train station is 8min walk.
I have one other lodger (30 year old lady) who has been with me 4 & half years, we socialize regularly and you would be more than welcome to join us.
