The room has an Ikea HEMNES bed with 3 large drawers underneath- (it pulls out to become a double when needed). There’s also a large chest of drawers and currently a rail - but I’m looking to get a small wardrobe. The room is in need of redecoration (and this is reflected in the price). You’d be sharing the main bathroom with one other housemate- the front bedroom and top floor are en-suite.

The house: End terrace, late Victorian, 5-bed, 3 bathrooms, with a cellar, a big sunny yard. Shared kitchen, plus there's a separate living rm and dining rm. The living room has an open fire which is lovely in winter. The kitchen has two under-counter fridges, and we have two big freezers so you have half a fridge, half a tall freezer and a cupboard. The main bathroom is on the 1st floor- it has a huge bath and a TV for streaming your favourite shows while you soak!

The area: Derby Park Conservation area (Council tax band B- but this is included), Crosby beach & the Iron Men are also close by.

Transport-
Train - approx 15mins walk to Kirkdale/Oriel Rd/New Strand stations for frequent Merseyrail trains to Liverpool City Centre. (8-12mins journey time)
Bus-5-10mins walk approx 15-20mins journey time

20mins on a bike/£8 taxi.
Parking is on the pavement opposite the house.

Housemates: Hello, I'm Sarah- I'm the homeowner and I live up on the top floor so I'm fairly self contained! I work from home during the day. I have two affectionate cats and a very friendly dog (who decided they wanted to be in the photos). We currently share with two lovely other humans and are a mainly veggie household.

Bills: Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Gas, TV Licence, Broadband are all included.
