Double room available in 2 bed flat. Large living room, bathroom and kitchen shared between myself and potential flat mate. Couples considered but reflected in price as bills included.

I use the living room for work (phone calls/laptop usage) but this varies and I can accommodate using other spaces where reasonable.

No photo of room for rent yet as currently tenanted but room is very similar to bedroom pictured, however it just has a double wardrobe built in not the double and a single.
