It is an open-plan flat including a double bed, kitchen and bathroom, on the 3rd floor facing the city (this gives an amazing view!). All bills are included in the monthly price, and they are also uncapped. It is a furnished flat, apart from small appliances (kettle, toaster etc), and it is extremely clean and newly decorated.

Due to me moving abroad for work I am looking for someone to take over my lease (I have the flat contracted until September 6th) and obviously stay longer/renew the lease if they wish! I will be moving out at the beginning of April, so the flat will be available from for moving in on the 5th April (rent is paid on the 7th of every month for the upcoming month!).
