I’m looking for someone to move in next month into the kensington area. I live opposite wavertree botanical gardens which is right next to the city centre. The house has three double bedrooms, one is mine and the other two are spare. I’m only looking for one of the rooms to be filled as I would like the other to be used as a walk in wardrobe/ for storage which we would both share. You may pick which you would prefer to have as your bedroom. If you enjoy cooking you’ll be happy to hear there’s a gas hob. I would like to ensure any possible tenant is okay with a few things, it is an LGBT+ friendly and left wing household (no torries lol), with one cat, and although cigarettes are smoked outside, smoking other things inside is okay (incense and herbs😉). The total rent is £600 a month and council tax is band A (minimum cost) which works out around £150 a month so we would split them evenly (unless you’re a student, in which case just let me know). If this all sounds good we can organise a time for you to pop around and get a feel of the house yourself :)
tenancy ends in july but if all goes well I’m not against renewing the contract
