Hi, my flatmate is moving home and I’m looking for someone to take over her room.

It’s a gorg city centre apartment on the docks. It’s £700 before bills but everything included is around £900-950.

The building has a sky terrace, gym, residents lounge and meeting rooms.

Posted pictures from the building website but happy to send pictures directly of the actual flat.

You’d get a double bedroom and your own private bathroom. I’ve lived here a year so the living kitchen area already has tv / appliances.

I’m 25 and work full time and looking for someone who is nice, sociable and tidy. I love going out but also love a chill night in (cliche, I know🤣). I’ve added a couple of pics of me so you can see my vibe.
