This ad is for a great en-suite bedroom in a lovely part of South Liverpool, it’s a quiet residential street but with easy access to Lark Lane/Sefton Park, the airport and the city centre.

We’re also handy for the M62 for trips to Manchester or beyond, and Liverpool South Parkway station offers easy connections to London.

There’s parking on a drive right outside, and the room offered is a ground floor extension with en-suite bathroom. There’s a sofa and TV in there, so you will have your own space. The kitchen and dining area is plenty big enough, but I have a toddler - so there are now a lot more toys than in the pics. There is a seperate ‘toy-free’ lounge in the front which you’re welcome to use (I work from there during the day).

I’ve always had lodgers, in here and in other properties and am used to living in large houseshares, so I know the drill and am hoping we can offer a great space for the right person.

At the moment the room is probably best suited to temp contractors or people relocating to liverpool and looking for a stop gap. That said, I’m open to long term (post-grad students?) options too. Really just keen to find a nice person who will fit in with me and a 2yr old - so figure short-term is less of a gamble!
