Flat share, short term accepted, double room very respectful and quiet. Lady preferred. I am hardly there as I spend time at my partners, so you’ll not really be getting a flat mate as such, the home has everything you need. Parking and shared garden. Shower kitchen and washer. The double room has a shower ensuit. One room has a second toilet. It’s walking only distance to Tesco, walking 2 minutes to the shop, bus stop etc. I am a very quiet person I like. Early nights, fitness, yoga and live respectfully. I have a dog who may visit but not live full time. I am vegetarian. The person renting the room will have full access to the house. I ask for respect over noise and the house to be kept tidy.
