Hi, I have a double room available to rent on the first floor. The room is available immediately.

The flat is about a 8 min drive from the city centre and also close to a few of the hospitals, so would suit anyone working there.

Ideally I’m just looking to rent the room out short term but will consider all situations.

I work from home so I will not consider anyone that works from home more than one day a week.

The room can be furnished with whatever you will need.
