WHO will you be living with?
In this House we have 3 Males all between the ages of 21 and 35. All working professionals.

HOUSE lay out
The house has 4 rooms, a communal living area and Kitchen. The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a small yard to the rear and parking is on street.

The Royal Liverpool Hospital is only a 15 minute walk away which is ideal for young professionals and for masters students also as the Liverpool University buildings are just a short 20 minute walk away.
The nearest bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away on Lilley road, and you can arrive at Liverpool One in just a 20 minute bus ride.

LOCAL FACILITIES
Lidl is only a 5-minute walk just on Kensington road.
Home Bargains, Iceland, and McDonalds and Gym 21 are also a 5-minute walk just off Kensington/Prescot road traffic lights.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can be usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
