A single furnished room in a Victorian house with a beautiful garden. The bus stop is only 4 minutes walk with a direct bus to Liverpool city centre. Roby train station is 10 minutes walk which is 4 stops to Lime street station. This room would best suit a female student or professional and is available from Saturday 11th April for short or long term let, preferably long term. Deposit of one month required. I would consider a single parent if they felt the room was big enough for them and a small child. The room has a double sofa bed in it. This is a safe quiet area with a nearby park and a few local shops nearby as well as a large Lidl and Macdonalds 20 mins walk away. All bills included.
This is my family home and I have cats so I am interested in a female who is not allergic to cats or scared of them but preferably likes cats. References are essential. Friendly household, easy going if you want to socialise or have your own space.
