I’m moving out very soon and am looking for someone to replace me in my current flatshare.

It’s a ground floor flat In Cressington, South Liverpool - a lovely, peaceful suburb of the city with easy transport links. It's a 30-minute walk to Sefton Park/Lark Lane (or a 10-minute bus) and a 15-minute train ride into the city centre from Cressington Station. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat, which will take you into the centre.

The location also gives you easy access to Otterspool Promenade, which is just a short walk away, and perfect for a cycle ride or leisurely stroll.

The flat itself has a shared open-plan kitchen/living space, shared bathroom and storage room. There’s also a spacious private yard, which gets the afternoon sun at this time of year.

The bedroom gets plenty of natural light and comes furnished with a double bed frame, mattress and chest of drawers. The clothes rail pictured is unfortunately not included. It's a tad cosy, but there's plenty of space under the bed for storage, and you can also use the storage room to store anything if you need.

You’ll be living with my lovely flatmate - a 32 year old ecologist. He’s vegan and is looking for either another vegan or a veggie to share the space with :) he also works away quite a lot.

The room is £375 per month (without bills). With bills included the total to pay each month is roughly £560.
