I’m looking for someone to stay in the spare room in my house. I moved in 6 months ago and have 1 house mate already - we are both working professionals but enjoy spending time in Liverpool outside of work 🌞 we like cooking, running, yoga and the odd pub trip!

The room is spacious, furnished and overlooks the garden 🪴 it’s an old Victorian terraced house with a shared kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom (with a bath & shower) and 1 downstairs toilet. We also have space for a bike if you cycle! 🚲

The rent includes council tax and WiFi. Electricity and gas are around £90/month.

The house is just across the road from Sefton Park and a 15 min walk from Lark Lane. There are bus stops at the end of the road & train stations within 1 mile.
