Hiya! My housemate is moving out and I love the place so much so ideally don’t want to leave. Soo, I’m looking for someone to fill the room. It’s a super spacious apartment, with a patio outside which gets the sun from 8am-4pm, what a win. It’s also only a 10 minute walk into town which is very helpful.
I work as a games developer, with 2 days in the office and the other 3 at home, so it’s quite important to me the house isn’t super loud in the day, and I can get a good night sleep mid week. Apart from that, I love heading out to the pub, especially if there’s some live music, or going for a climb or run, and using as many bank holidays as possible for camping trips (I’ve also recently started crocheting and I am fully obsessed and will try and make you literally anything). If you think you’d fit into this lush house then pop us a message and we’ll head for a drink.

Just a few things to bear in mind, my housemate is not moving out until the beginning of November, so please only message if you are looking to move in from then. Also, the council tax and bills etc aren’t included, so let me know if you’d like more details, but I'd say it's around £680-ish a month with everything.

PS. PELE THE CAT IS MY NEIGHBOURS NOT MINE but he's a little legend. We all really help each other in the building with parcels and bins, it's a lovely little community.
