Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Agnes Jones House, student accommodation, as soon as possible. Room is move-in ready, so it will be an easy process:)
It’s close to LJMU, University of Liverpool and LIPA.
It’s a non-ensuite on ground floor. There are 6 other students living in this flat, and we share a kitchen and two bathrooms. Everyone is very nice and clean:)

The contract us fixed-term and end on 31/08/2026. It’s £567.69 ppm (£112 ppw), with a 10 instalments plan- but you will only pay till June (and live “rent-free” the remaining months:)) You will need a Uk based guarantor in order to book, if not you’ll have to pay everything upfront, but there are plenty online you can get if you don’t have any:)
This is in a student accommodation, so you’ll have to be a student in order to live here:)
