I am looking for someone to takeover my flatmates tenancy in our two bed flat near Lark Lane and Sefton Park. I have lived here for a year and as a creative, friendly individual, i am looking for somebody likeminded that can be a friend as well as a flatmate! 🧚✨

The flat is furnished and has a living room, kitchen, bathroom a with bath, two bedrooms and a shared back garden. It is council tax band A and bills are about £130 a month.

The flat is less than a 10 min walk from St Micheal’s train station and there are bus stops right outside the flat. There is also a Tesco, Home Bargains and other shops super close by as it is right by Lark Lane.
