We are 3 kind, and respectful 3rd year students looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our student house for our final year.
There is 2 bathrooms that include showers and a bath, a kitchen, living room area and a patio garden outside. The house is also fully furnished with TV’s in every bedroom.
All bills are also included!
There is £563.33 summer rent to be paid that covers you from 1st of July till the 30th August. This is alongside the £100 deposit.
