I’m looking for 2 people to move in, as my current housemates are moving out. The larger en-suite is available from 25th June, whilst the other room is available from the 25th of July. One room has an en-suite and the other has a shared bathroom with one other person.
We would all split the utility and council tax bills. They usually come to around £180 a month each, including council tax.
