My current housemate is moving out of our lovely 2 bed flat near to Sefton Park, I’m looking for a housemate to share it with,

The room is a decent comfortable size (on the smaller side but quite private with some stairs leading down to it) and furnished with a Double Bed/Mattress, Large Wardrobe & Bedside table, you’d pretty much have your own bathroom too! (not an en-suite) 🙂

I am a 38 year old professional, working a 9-5 through the week in the waste industry as a mechanical engineer; I also play the drums in a band, paint warhammer and like to go hiking!

I am a tenant here, and rent is pretty cheap at £415each! The Council tax is band C, Bills/Council tax come to around £200 each a month. Everything together around £615 each a month.

Looking for a housemate who is considerate/kind, appreciates their own space and likes to chill now and again ☺️✨

The flat is on the top floor of a 3 storey large house. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 large communal living/dining space with a smaller open kitchen. There’s a communal garden, and Sefton Park is opposite just 2 minutes away!

It’s available from mid march and my current housemate is flexible with moving out date/ moving in date too 🙂
