I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 2 July for my double en suite room in Smithdown. The house has six bedrooms and six en suite bathrooms. It has a large kitchen and living area. The space is clean, tidy, and well furnished.

All living areas within the house have built in speakers. This adds a great social and living experience. The room is on the top floor with only one other person on the floor. It is the largest room in the house, as shown on the floor plan. It has good natural light and space for storage and a desk. The bedroom is fitted with a cupboards and a wardrobe.

Rent is £160 per week, or £640 per month. All bills are included. The location is excellent with easy access to local shops, cafes, and transport links. If you are interested in sports, it is a few minutes walk from the wavertree sports centre with various amenities.
