It is located in an excellent location in the city centre. Diagonally opposite the World Museum, 10mins walk from the Lime Street Station and Liverpool One.

The price is £130 per week, inclusive of all bills and council tax.

This room is available now, for both long or short term rent; a week or a few days is good too...

It is a very spacious room in a 3 bedroom flat. Your flatmate will be two male professionals. You will be sharing the toilet, lounge and kitchen with them.

I will come in 1-2 times a week to clean the common areas.

This flat has been using as a holiday day let for 3 years, so it is fully furnished to a very high standard. All the soft furnishing and items in the picture are provided in your stay.

Many sanitizers, cleaning products, and alcohol hand gels are available in common areas. I will come over to clean up the common areas at least once a week. I have a fogging dispenser contains a chemical proven by a UK lab to kill covid19 viruses and many other bacterial and viruses, I will fog the common area with this chemical weekly and it is available for you to fog your bedroom for as many times as you wish.

Your bedroom:
Bedsheets, pillows, duvet, bath towels and throws are provided. There is a working desk you can use in the room.

Bathroom:
Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser and more items are provided.

Living room:
Clothes rack, iron and iron boards are available to use.

Kitchen:
Hobs, oven and microwave are available to use. There are pots and pans, cutleries and plates available to use as well.

Both students and professionals are welcome. If you just need a place for a few days to sort things out, it is available too. No pets. .
