A recently refurbished double room is available for rent in my 3 bed house. You’d be sharing with me (a vet) and housemate Luke, a speciality coffee enthusiast as well as my dog occasionally, if he's not with my mum.

Rent is £530 per month. Utility bills, council tax and WiFi and regular cleaner all included. On street parking available in the close with a free council permit.

The room is a double bed with three piece furniture suite and desk and chair, there's also the boiler cupboard for extra storage. The rest of the house consists of the front and back garden with patio. Shared bathroom, living room, study and large kitchen with dining table. We have a pretty awesome view and are right next to Everton park, close to the Great Homer Street shops and market and about a 20min walk to UoL.

I’ve put a lot of work into this house over the last few of years and I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out, so it’s important that anyone moving in looks after the place and hopefully enjoys living here as much as I do. No smokers please and must like dogs obviously.

In terms of personality this house would probably more likely suit an older student or someone looking for a homely vibe. I like a good night out but not to the level of fresher partying. As a house we love good food so all cooking and baking is very much encouraged, but we need someone that’s happy to clean up after themselves too.
