Absolutely Not Allowed in the apartment: smoking (inc. ecig), pet, abnormal / disturbing noises between 22:00 and 09:00.

Room Rent is £650 per month payable in advance for single occupancy or £750 per month payable in advance for a couple sharing. Bills (electricity, water, broadband, TV licence. Subject to fair usage) are included in the rent.

Rent does not include council tax payments. The property is at Band A. Student tenants with valid exemption certificate do not pay council tax. Council tax are directly payable by non-exempted tenants to Liverpool City Council.
