Hi everyone!
We are 5 tenants (age 25-29) currently looking for a housemate to join our lovely 6 bedroom house on Danube street! It's at a perfect location right between the city center and Sefton Park!
The room is £475 but does not include bills and council tax unfortunately (around £50 total).

The tenants:
- Dilys: Hi, I'm French but moved to the UK 10 years ago, so somewhat lost my accent. I'm a doctor just like Val. I'm quite spontaneous, I like to take on projects and discover new things. I'm quite into interior design and art generally. I like cooking (vegan), running in Sefton park and talking about life/debating for ages around a glass of wine (I've studied Philosophy on top of medicine so that doesn't help for sure haha).
- Natascha (They/them): Hi, I work at a centre for adults with a learning disability. I like making stuff, like collages, cross stitch and jigsaws, feeding people (vegan) baked goods, doing yoga and Zumba and taking walks in the cemetery, Sefton Park and on the beach.
- Valentina: Hi! I’m French and Italian, also a doctor and coming back from 6 months riding a bike around French farmers. The stuff I'm into usually involves nature (foraging💚), crafts, sports, dancing, food, colourful things and adventures! I love nights out, movie nights, house dinners, never ending chats and best of all, falling asleep on the sofa.
- Grace: Hiya! I work for a financial tech start up, and at a creative agency that runs digital arts workshops. I’m also a writer, cabaret performer, director, and general ne’er-do-well. Love a bit of yoga, a cafe, and national trust properties.
- Giada: (They/them): Hi, I’m Giada, PhD student in Geography, my research is on socioeconomic inequalities in the UK. I’m Italian, I moved to Liverpool last September for my studies, so still discovering and exploring the city✨ I live for music: gigs, clubs, jam sessions, mixing, lying in bed with headphones on…
We're all quite sociable :D !

The House:
- It's got a washing machine, a temple dryer, a dishwasher machine, oven, hobs, microwave
- Ground floor: toilet and sink room, first floor: bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, second floor: bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Every room is fully furnished (But agency is fine with storing away furnitures you don't want in your room)
- Nice Garden and spacious living room with a projector and chromcast!
