We have 2 double bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom Kensington house (L6 area).
These rooms are available to professionals or students for £495 pcm with all bills included. The only additional cost being council tax (band A), the cost of which is split between the tenants (students exempt).
The rooms are both double. The property has 2 bathrooms with two toilets and showers. There is a large kitchen next to a nice, cosy and spacious living room area. There is also a back yard area.
Lidl is a couple of mins walk with even closer local shops. There are also regular buses into town within a couple of minutes from the house.
