Looking for a short term room for your first term at uni ? I have a lovely room to let - either a medium sized green room or a large yellow room to choose from - situated in a quiet top floor flat f in the Georgian Quarter . Ideal for a quiet , respectful and clean housemate .
On the edge of the city centre . Close to both cathedrals. Coffee shops and restaurants. You must be doggy friendly . I have a small service dog who is never left at home alone . I'm a Psychotherapist and writer. My home is clean, organised and quiet . It is not a high tech , high spec flat , so if youre looking for something a bit cosy , then this might be just for you. The space will suit a person with similar traits and house needs. It won't suit party animals or late night workers .

In the first instance I would ask for a telephone chat . Then a video call so we can meet face to face online. If we feel there may be compatability for shared living , then I would invite you to my home .
