They don't destroy furniture, they are clean and cute I am working from home most of the week I am looking for an easy going, social and rather a quiet flatmate. You have to be clean and tidy. The flat is fully equipped. The location is great. The rent is £650 (bills included). The available room is sunny and quiet. There is also a small storage room available.
