I live with my son alone. I am looking for a tenant who does not mind children, but also who would not ignore a child. No partying, smoking, bringing in girl/boy friends in. I am tidy and have cleaning schedules. Flat is near Sandhills train station so only 15 minutes to city centre and close to the beach too, Sainsbury's is walking distance. Apartment has garage and free parking space. Security at night and gated are always closed except weekends
