Thank you for checking out this listing. My housemate is moving out in either March or April, so I’m looking for someone to rent her room.
(About the flat)
The flat is 2 bed, 1 bathroom, with an open plan kitchen/living room. The photos are from the original listing, so please let me know if you’d like some more. It is in a building of 8 flats. All the neighbours are lovely and super quiet. Two of the neighbours have very friendly cats so if you’re a cat person that is definitely a bonus.
The flat has parking around the back of the building and plenty on the road as well. It is a 5minute walk from Sefton Park and Lark Lane. Public transport includes several bus options and mersey rail.
The flat also has a small communal patio and garden area outside. It is furnished, with some extra bits and bobs that aren’t shown in the photos. This includes a dining room table and an espresso machine.
You’d also be welcome to have either of the bed rooms shown. Sadly, they are a tad weird. One has a sunken bathtub and the other is a mezzanine. It’s one of those things where it is worth viewing the flat first. It is £600pcm (bills not included).
(About me)
As a housemate, I’m clean, respectful and friendly. I’m always up for a walk, coffee or pint. I love to crochet and bake as well, my new thing is homemade bread at the moment. I’m a PhD student, so I’m usually in the office Monday-Friday.
(Other)
Ideally, I’d love to live with another PhD student/Masters student (a fellow council tax ‘exemptee’). I’m more than happy to live with a professional though, but you’d be shouldering most of the council tax. It is band B and would be eligible for a single person discount.
Please let me know if you have any questions, would like more information or would like to arrange a viewing.
Finally, I know this is early to list, but my Landlord was wondering what my plan was.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
