Unfurnished room available in a two bedroom flat. Room is large enough for a double bed and drawers+wardrobe. The rest of the flat is well kitted out with kitchen appliances, pots and crockery, large fridge freezer and a washing machine as well as a large reclining sofa and a dinning table. More than happy to get rid of some furniture to make space for new furniture if necessary. The flat itself is located on the 2nd floor of Merchant Court which has a gated car park if you have a vehicle. It's a 10min walk to Smithdown road where there is an Aldi, Asda and petrol station and just across the road is a park and a large leisure centre with a gym and pool etc. There are good travel links nearby with buses heading into town both on Smithdown and Picton road as well as a train station 15mins walk away. Rent is £312.50 a month plus electric, water, insurance and broadband which comes to roughly £400 a month. I'm currently a student until October and so am exempt from council tax (Band A) so that may also be something to bear in mind. As for me personally my name is Chris and I'm a Mphil student at LJMU. I'm a competitive swimmer and a swimming teacher as well so I spend quite a lot of my time away from the flat. With that said I'm quite a social person and I enjoy meeting/getting to know new people. If you're interested in viewing just get in touch and we can organise a meet up. Looking forward to hearing from you! (ps apologies for the photo quality my camera isn't great).
