I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Paddington Village L7 3RG, it is a lovely room with an
en-suite bathroom, this is just due to personal circumstances. It is available immediately until June 2027.

There are 6 rooms on a corridor. There is a shared kitchen for the 6 rooms and a shared communal area for the whole of the Paddington Village of approx. 330 rooms.

There is 24 hr security at the reception area who are extremely friendly and helpful and I have always felt safe here. The is parking on site (I think it is around £400.00 per year for a permit).

I cannot recommend this enough and I am sorry to leave, but it will make a lovely base for someone at university and it is only about a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street station.
