Jin here. I’m the landlord for this place, and I have two great double rooms opening up in a lovely shared flat right in the city centre City Gate East on Oldham Street, L1.
I try to keep things really straightforward and stress-free for my tenants. If you know Liverpool, you know this location is absolutely spot on. You’re literally a two-minute walk from Liverpool ONE, Central Station, Bold Street, and all the cafes and bars around Ropewalks. It’s perfect if you work centrally or study nearby at LJMU or Uni of Liverpool.
It’s a clean, bright, and fully furnished place. Both of the available bedrooms are good-sized doubles with plenty of space for your clothes and bits. There’s a nice open-plan living and dining area to hang out in, a fully loaded kitchen, and a shared bathroom. The building is also super secure with fob entry and a lift.
Since there are two rooms available, this would be absolute perfection if you and a mate want to move into a place together. But if you’re an individual looking on your own, please still reach out! I'm just looking for clean, tidy, and reliable people who want a comfortable, relaxed home where everyone can unwind and respect each other's space.
