Hiya, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy during summer. The accomodation will be available from 21st June till 21st August. I’m currently living in calico student accomodation in liverpool city centre (10 mins from Lime street). It’s a 6 bed flat and the room is on 3rd floor and has an ensuite. Only requirement is that you must be a student at any uni in liverpool!! Current flatmates are 3 girls and 2 boys (not including me) although they may have moved out by the time the room is available. It has an open plan shared kitchen and living area. The cost of the accomodation is £167 a week with all bill included. Please contact if interested!!
