Hello, I am a live in landlord living with my wife. We are looking to rent one of our rooms in a terrace house. Ground floor has the kitchen, livings room and half bathroom (no shower), second floor three rooms and one bathroom. We have a front a back private garden which I normally mow during spring/summer. The Livingston mall (The Centre) it is 10 min walk from here.

As a final note I have a very (trust me) very friendly cat (pictures included)
