Myself and my partner signed a contract for the 2026/27 academic years and have since changed our minds about a two bed one bath flat located in a renovated chapel, as it is no longer suitable for us. This means both the rooms are available to rent to different tenants for the 2026/27 academic year, so we are looking for students to take over our contract. Both bedrooms have double beds. This flat would be perfect for couples, close friends, or any pairing who wish to live together. The attached photos were provided to me by the agency managing the property.
